Do you deliver?
Absolutely! We deliver flowers Mon - Sat throughout Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tualatin, and the entire Portland Metro area. Our delivery fee is $15. We offer the best Lake Oswego flower delivery!
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer same day delivery throughout Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tualatin, and the entire Portland Metro area as long as the order is made by 12pm.
Can you explain the wedding flower process in a nutshell?
Of course. The first step is to complete our Wedding Planning Tool where you will provide your info and select your design style, color palettes, and individual pieces & arrangements. You will also be able to schedule a consultation and see exactly how much your wedding flowers will cost. If you decide to move forward, we collect a 25% retainer and a signed contract. That's it!
How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?
We recommend booking as soon as your have your date and venue set. Usually, this is 12-9 months prior to the ceremony, but we can usually make at least a 2 month timeline work. For tighter timelines, please give us a call and we will see what we can do!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your order within 5 days of the contract date, you will receive a full refund. After that, the 25% retainer remains non-refundable.
If you need to cancel the order, it must be done in writing at least 30 days before the event. All moneys paid above and beyond the initial retainer will be refunded.
Events canceled within 30 days of the event date remain payable in full, regardless of the circumstance.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule your ceremony, we will certainly try to work with you, subject to our availability.
However, if we are unable to accommodate the reschedule, the 25% retainer is non-refundable.
Do I have to return the containers after the ceremony?
Typically, anything in a clear glass vase can be taken home by your or your guests.
If the arrangements are in an upgraded ceramic or metallic vessel, we will handle the pickup after the ceremony.
All of the details will be clearly stated in the contract.
Can you guarantee certain flowers for my wedding?
No. If you have specific flower requests and they are typically in season at the time of your ceremony, we will do our best to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific bloom.
What we can guarantee is that your pieces will be crafted with the freshest seasonal blooms and fine tuned to coordinate with your design style and color palette.
Do you offer mock-ups?
We do not offer mock-ups.
